Under what conditions might Chop5 Salad Kitchen charge a franchisee for Chop5 Salad Kitchen email addresses?

According to the 2024 Chop5 Salad Kitchen Franchise Disclosure Document, Chop5 Salad Kitchen may provide franchisees with CHOP5 Salad Kitchen email addresses for use with their restaurant. However, this is not an obligation of the franchisor. If Chop5 Salad Kitchen does provide these email addresses, they may charge the franchisee for the costs they incur in doing so. These costs would be added to the technology fee described in Section 11.9 of the FDD.
