Marketing Materials and Services
All marketing materials must comply with our standards and requirements. We must approve your marketing materials prior to use. You must purchase branded marketing materials only from us or other suppliers we designate or approve. We may require you to contract with a marketing company we designate to implement your grand opening marketing campaign and/or manage your social media.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Chop5 Salad Kitchen's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, all marketing materials must adhere to the franchisor's standards and requirements. Prior to use, Chop5 Salad Kitchen must approve all marketing materials. Franchisees are required to purchase branded marketing materials exclusively from Chop5 Salad Kitchen or other suppliers that the company designates or approves.
