Any Person you hire as a manager must: (a) be approved by us; (b) successfully complete all training programs we require; and (c) sign a Brand Protection Agreement.

At all times during normal business hours, either the Operating Partner or a manager must be present at your Restaurant to provide onsite management and supervision.

The Operating Partner must monitor and supervise the managers to ensure the Restaurant is operated in accordance with this Agreement and the Manual.
