- **6.7.
Email Addresses**.
We may, but need not, provide you with one or more CHOP5 Salad Kitchen email addresses for use with your Restaurant.
If we do so, we may charge you for the costs we incur to provide these email addresses to you (these costs would be added to the technology fee described in §11.9).
You must exclusively use these email addresses for all communications with us, customers, suppliers and other Persons relating to your Restaurant.
These email addresses may not be used for any purpose unrelated to your Restaurant.
We own the email addresses and accounts but allow you to use them during the Term.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Chop5 Salad Kitchen Franchise Disclosure Document, Chop5 Salad Kitchen is not required to provide franchisees with a Chop5 Salad Kitchen email address. However, Chop5 Salad Kitchen may choose to provide one or more email addresses for the franchisee's restaurant.
If Chop5 Salad Kitchen does provide email addresses, the franchisee may be charged a fee to cover the costs incurred by Chop5 Salad Kitchen. This fee would be added to the technology fee, as detailed in another section of the FDD.
Should Chop5 Salad Kitchen provide email addresses, the franchisee must use them exclusively for all communications related to the restaurant, including interactions with Chop5 Salad Kitchen, customers, suppliers, and other relevant parties. The franchisee is prohibited from using these email addresses for any purpose unrelated to the Chop5 Salad Kitchen restaurant. Chop5 Salad Kitchen retains ownership of the email addresses and accounts, granting the franchisee the right to use them during the term of the franchise agreement.
