11.13.System Programs.
- (a) Generally. We may periodically develop and implement loyalty programs, gift card programs and other system-wide programs. You must fully participate in all programs we designate as mandatory. In order to participate you must: (i) comply with all policies and procedures we establish for participation in the program; (ii) purchase (or license) and utilize all equipment, software, mobile applications (Apps), technology and others items we designate as being necessary for participation in the program, and pay all associated fees and costs; and (iii) pay us, our affiliate, or a third party we designate, all program fees and other amounts we specify as being necessary for participation in the program (collectively, "Program Participation Rules"). Program Participation Rules may be set forth in the Manual. We may change Program Participation Rules at any time and you must comply with these changes. We may develop and implement new or successor programs and/or modify or terminate existing programs at any time in our discretion.
- (b) Loyalty Programs. You must fully participate and implement all required customer loyalty, rewards and other affinity programs designed to increase customer loyalty, generate new customers or improve overall demand for Restaurants.

According to Chop5 Salad Kitchen's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must participate in customer loyalty programs. Chop5 Salad Kitchen may periodically develop and implement loyalty programs, gift card programs, and other system-wide programs. If Chop5 Salad Kitchen designates these programs as mandatory, franchisees must fully participate.
To participate in these programs, franchisees must comply with all policies and procedures Chop5 Salad Kitchen establishes. They must also purchase or license and utilize all necessary equipment, software, mobile applications (Apps), technology, and other items, and pay all associated fees and costs. Additionally, franchisees must pay Chop5 Salad Kitchen, its affiliate, or a designated third party all program fees and other amounts specified for participation.
Chop5 Salad Kitchen may change the Program Participation Rules at any time, and franchisees must comply with these changes. Chop5 Salad Kitchen also has the discretion to develop and implement new or successor programs, or modify or terminate existing programs at any time. Franchisees are required to fully participate and implement all required customer loyalty, rewards, and other affinity programs designed to increase customer loyalty, generate new customers, or improve overall demand for Restaurants.
