Before an Operating Partner can supervise, manage, or operate the restaurant, they must successfully complete Chop5 Salad Kitchen's initial training program. Franchisees can hire one or more managers to assist the Operating Partner with on-site management and supervision. However, any person hired as a manager must be approved by Chop5 Salad Kitchen, complete all required training programs, and sign a Brand Protection Agreement.
At all times during normal business hours, either the Operating Partner or a manager must be present at the Chop5 Salad Kitchen restaurant to provide on-site management and supervision. This ensures that the restaurant is always operating under proper guidance and adhering to Chop5 Salad Kitchen's standards. The franchisee is responsible for determining appropriate staffing levels to ensure full compliance with the Franchise Agreement and Chop5 Salad Kitchen's system standards.
