We can modify the Manual at any time, but the modifications will not alter your status or fundamental rights under the Franchise Agreement. Any modification to the Manual is effective at the time we notify you of the change. However, we may provide you with a reasonable period of time to implement certain changes (for example, implementing new software of technology). The Manual contains a total of 612 pages. A copy of the Table of Contents to the Manual is attached to this Disclosure Document as EXHIBIT "E".
