The initial training program includes approximately one week of franchise management training at a company-owned restaurant or designated location, as well as about two weeks of onsite training and grand opening assistance at the franchisee's location.
It is important to note that if a franchisee hires a new manager or appoints a new Operating Partner after the initial training, the new personnel must also complete the training program before assuming their responsibilities. Chop5 Salad Kitchen may also charge additional training fees of up to $500 per person per day for various situations, such as attending training after the restaurant opens, refresher or supplemental programs, retaking training after failing, or attending remedial or additional requested training.
