What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Chop5 Salad Kitchen's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee cannot renew their franchise agreement if they are in default. To be eligible for renewal, the franchisee must meet several conditions, including not being in default at the time of renewal.
