- (a) Generally. We may periodically develop and implement loyalty programs, gift card programs and other system-wide programs. You must fully participate in all programs we designate as mandatory. In order to participate you must: (i) comply with all policies and procedures we establish for participation in the program; (ii) purchase (or license) and utilize all equipment, software, mobile applications (Apps), technology and others items we designate as being necessary for participation in the program, and pay all associated fees and costs; and (iii) pay us, our affiliate, or a third party we designate, all program fees and other amounts we specify as being necessary for participation in the program (collectively, "Program Participation Rules"). Program Participation Rules may be set forth in the Manual. We may change Program Participation Rules at any time and you must comply with these changes. We may develop and implement new or successor programs and/or modify or terminate existing programs at any time in our discretion.
- (b) Loyalty Programs. You must fully participate and implement all required customer loyalty, rewards and other affinity programs designed to increase customer loyalty, generate new customers or improve overall demand for Restaurants.
- (c) Gift Card Programs. You must participate in any gift card program we establish and honor all gift cards, including gift cards purchased from us or another franchisee. You may not

According to Chop5 Salad Kitchen's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must fully participate in all customer loyalty, rewards, and other affinity programs that are designed to increase customer loyalty, generate new customers, or improve overall demand for Chop5 Salad Kitchen Restaurants.
Chop5 Salad Kitchen may periodically develop and implement loyalty programs, gift card programs, and other system-wide programs. Franchisees must fully participate in all programs that Chop5 Salad Kitchen designates as mandatory. To participate, franchisees must comply with all policies and procedures, purchase and utilize all necessary equipment, software, mobile applications, technology, and other items, and pay all associated fees and costs. Franchisees must also pay Chop5 Salad Kitchen, its affiliate, or a designated third party all program fees and other specified amounts.
These program participation rules may be detailed in the manual and are subject to change at any time, with which franchisees must comply. Chop5 Salad Kitchen retains the right to develop and implement new or successor programs, as well as modify or terminate existing programs, at its discretion. Franchisees are also required to participate in any gift card program established by Chop5 Salad Kitchen and must honor all gift cards, including those purchased from Chop5 Salad Kitchen or another franchisee. Franchisees are not allowed to offer or sell gift cards that have not been approved by Chop5 Salad Kitchen.
