FRANCHISE OWNER AGREEMENT
This Franchise Owner Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into by: (a) each of the undersigned owners of Franchisee (defined below); and (b) the spouse of each such owner, in favor of CHOP5 Franchise LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, and its successors and assigns ("us"), upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Each signatory to this Agreement is referred to as "you".

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Chop5 Salad Kitchen Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement includes a Franchise Owner Agreement as an attachment. Specifically, Attachment D to the Franchise Agreement is the Franchise Owner Agreement.
This agreement is made between Chop5 Franchise LLC and each of the owners of the franchisee, as well as their spouses. The Franchise Owner Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that each signatory must adhere to. By signing this agreement, the owners and their spouses agree to be bound by the obligations and responsibilities outlined within it.
Additionally, Attachment F to the Franchise Agreement is the Brand Protection Agreement. This agreement is entered into by the undersigned in favor of Chop5 Franchise LLC and outlines terms and conditions related to brand protection.
