What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Chop5 Salad Kitchen's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if an appraisal is required, you must provide the appraisers with specific financial documents. This includes your current financial statements and your financial statements for the prior three years. However, if you have operated the Chop5 Salad Kitchen restaurant for less than three years, you only need to provide statements for the period you have been in operation.

In addition to the financial statements, you are also required to furnish the work papers and any other financial data, documents, or information that the appraisers may request. This ensures that the appraisers have access to all the necessary information to conduct a thorough and accurate valuation of the business.

The appraisers are also allowed to consider any other information and factors they deem relevant to the valuation. Both you and Chop5 Salad Kitchen will equally bear the cost of the appraisal.
