According to the 2024 Chop5 Salad Kitchen Franchise Disclosure Document, the technology fee may increase if Chop5 Salad Kitchen provides franchisees with CHOP5 Salad Kitchen email addresses for use with their Restaurant. The costs Chop5 Salad Kitchen incurs to provide these email addresses would be added to the technology fee.

Chop5 Salad Kitchen may, but does not have to, provide franchisees with one or more CHOP5 Salad Kitchen email addresses. If email addresses are provided, franchisees must exclusively use these email addresses for all communications with Chop5 Salad Kitchen, customers, suppliers, and other persons relating to their Restaurant. These email addresses may not be used for any purpose unrelated to the Restaurant.
