Who is considered an 'Owner' under the Chop5 Salad Kitchen Area Development Agreement?

According to the 2024 Chop5 Salad Kitchen Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Owner Agreement specifies who is considered an 'owner.' The agreement is entered into by each of the undersigned owners of the Franchisee, as well as the spouse of each owner. Each person who signs the Franchise Owner Agreement is referred to as 'you' within the document.
