Initial Training Fee
You pay us a nonrefundable $5,000 initial franchise fee before you attend initial training, which covers both: (1) the 1-week initial training program we conduct at our company-owned Restaurant; and (2) the 2-week onsite training program we conduct at your Restaurant. If you are a multi-unit franchisee opening your 2nd or subsequent Restaurant, we reserve the right to limit or waive certain aspects of our initial training program, and provide you with a corresponding reduction or waiver of the initial training fee, based on our subjective assessment of the qualifications and experience of you and your management team.
