What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Chocolate Bash's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Principal Executive, who is the person with decision-making authority for the franchise, must complete the initial training program. Additionally, the Principal Executive must complete any post-opening training programs that Chocolate Bash develops in the future.
This means that if you are the designated Principal Executive for a Chocolate Bash franchise, you are obligated to attend both the initial training and any subsequent training programs the company introduces. This ensures that the person in charge is always up-to-date with the latest operational standards and practices.
Furthermore, the Principal Executive is expected to attend all in-person and remote meetings, including regional or national brand conferences, and cannot miss more than three consecutive required meetings. This highlights the importance Chocolate Bash places on ongoing training and communication to maintain brand consistency and operational efficiency across all franchise locations.
