What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Chocolate Bash's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Chocolate Bash is not obligated to provide in-person support to franchisees after the business opens. However, if a franchisee requests advice on improving their business or resolving operational issues, Chocolate Bash will provide advice via telephone or electronic communication to the extent they deem reasonable.
If Chocolate Bash does provide in-person support at the franchisee's request, they may charge a fee of $600 per day, along with any out-of-pocket expenses incurred, such as travel, lodging, and meals for their employees providing the support.
Prior to opening, Chocolate Bash does provide on-site opening support. A representative will provide on-site support for at least 3 days in connection with the business opening.
