What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Chocolate Bash's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Chocolate Bash has the right to take action to resolve customer complaints about a franchisee's business and may require the franchisee to reimburse Chocolate Bash for its expenses.
This means that if Chocolate Bash receives a customer complaint about a Chocolate Bash franchise, they may take action to resolve it. The action can be anything Chocolate Bash deems appropriate. If Chocolate Bash does take action, the franchisee may be required to reimburse Chocolate Bash for any expenses Chocolate Bash incurs.
In addition, Chocolate Bash may conduct an inspection of a Chocolate Bash franchise because of a customer complaint or other customer feedback. If Chocolate Bash conducts an inspection, the franchisee may be responsible for covering the costs of the inspection.
