What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Chocolate Bash's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company anticipates holding training classes four to six times per year. These training sessions will be conducted at Chocolate Bash's offices and business location in Los Angeles, California. However, Chocolate Bash retains the right to modify the length and content of the initial training program based on the experience and skill level of the individuals attending.

For prospective franchisees, this means that the frequency of training opportunities is relatively consistent throughout the year. New franchisees can expect several chances to attend training, which is beneficial for onboarding and continuous learning. The location in Los Angeles may require franchisees from other areas to factor in travel costs.

It's important to note that while Chocolate Bash anticipates this frequency, it also reserves the right to adjust the training program's content and length based on individual needs. This flexibility could be advantageous for franchisees with prior experience but may also mean less comprehensive training for those deemed more experienced. Additionally, while there is no fee for up to 3 people to attend training, franchisees are responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for their trainees.
