This General Release ("Release") is executed by the undersigned ("Releasor") in favor of Chocolate Bash Franchising, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("CB Franchising").

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Chocolate Bash's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard General Release form is included as Attachment 5 to the Franchise Agreement. The document states that this release is not signed when initially purchasing a franchise. However, Chocolate Bash may require a franchisee to sign the general release in circumstances such as a franchise renewal or as a condition for approving a sale of the franchise. The FDD does not specify that the Releasor needs to sign any additional documents along with the General Release.
