What This Means (2024 FDD)

Based on the 2024 Chocolate Bash Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to the brand's System Standards, which include standards for appearance. These standards are determined by Chocolate Bash and may include requirements for uniforms. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring their personnel comply with these standards to maintain a consistent brand image.

The System Standards cover a broad range of operational aspects, including cleanliness, customer service, design, equipment, inventory, marketing, operating hours, presentation of marks, product and service offerings, quality of products and services, reporting, safety, technology, and vehicles, in addition to uniforms. This comprehensive approach ensures that all Chocolate Bash locations maintain a consistent level of quality and service.

Compliance with these standards is mandatory, and Chocolate Bash may modify these standards over time. Franchisees are expected to adapt to these changes at their own expense. This requirement ensures that all Chocolate Bash locations stay current with the brand's evolving image and operational practices. Franchisees should maintain open communication with Chocolate Bash to stay informed about any updates to the System Standards and to ensure their personnel consistently meet the required appearance standards.
