You must offer for sale only goods and services that we have approved.
You must offer for sale all goods and services that we require. We have the right to change the types of authorized goods or services, and there are no limits on our right to make changes.
We do not restrict your access to customers, except that all sales must be made at or from your premises.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Chocolate Bash's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are restricted to selling only approved goods and services. Item 16 states that a franchisee must offer for sale only goods and services that Chocolate Bash has approved.
Furthermore, Chocolate Bash requires franchisees to offer for sale all goods and services that they mandate. Chocolate Bash retains the right to change the types of authorized goods or services with no limits on their right to make changes.
However, Chocolate Bash does not restrict a franchisee's access to customers, except that all sales must be made at or from the franchisee's premises.
