For a Chocolate Bash franchise, is the franchise granted for a specific location?

According to the 2024 Chocolate Bash Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise is granted for a specific location. The Franchise Agreement specifies that the franchisee has the right to operate a Chocolate Bash business solely at the designated location. If the specific location isn't known when the agreement is signed, Chocolate Bash Franchising, LLC and the franchisee will determine the location later, according to Section 6.1 of the Franchise Agreement.
