According to Chocolate Bash's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to participate in programs for customer evaluation and system compliance. These programs, which the franchisee bears the expense for, may include a customer feedback system, customer survey programs, and mystery shopping. Chocolate Bash will share the results of these programs with the franchisee, specifically as they relate to their business.
Furthermore, Chocolate Bash sets minimum score requirements for these programs, which the franchisee must meet or exceed. This ensures that all locations maintain a certain standard of customer satisfaction and adhere to the brand's operational guidelines.
These evaluations are part of Chocolate Bash's broader effort to maintain consistent quality and customer experience across all franchise locations. By actively participating and meeting the set requirements, franchisees contribute to the overall success and reputation of the Chocolate Bash brand. Franchisees should budget for these ongoing expenses and be prepared to act on the feedback received to improve their business operations.
