What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Chocolate Bash's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, CB Franchising has the authority to mandate post-opening training programs for the Principal Executive and other employees. These training programs can be in any format and location that Chocolate Bash determines.

Chocolate Bash may charge a reasonable fee for these training programs. Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, living, and other expenses if the training program necessitates travel for the Principal Executive or any other employee.

This requirement ensures that Chocolate Bash franchisees and their staff stay updated with the latest operational standards, service protocols, and product knowledge. It also allows Chocolate Bash to maintain consistency and quality across all franchise locations. Franchisees should factor in the potential costs of these ongoing training programs, including fees and travel expenses, when assessing the overall investment and operational costs of the franchise.
