What This Means (2024 FDD)
Based on the 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the FDD does not provide information regarding suggested staffing levels for a Chocolate Bash franchise. While the agreement outlines various support systems offered by CB Franchising, such as pre-opening and post-opening assistance, recommended pricing for products and services, and administrative procedures, it does not explicitly mention staffing guidelines.
However, the Franchise Agreement does state that CB Franchising will provide its standard preopening training to the Principal Executive and up to 2 other employees. This training occurs at CB Franchising's headquarters or at a designated Chocolate Bash business. The franchisee is responsible for expenses related to travel, lodging, and meals.
Prospective franchisees should directly inquire with CB Franchising about any recommended or required staffing levels, optimal staffing models for different store sizes or sales volumes, and any tools or resources available to help franchisees determine appropriate staffing to ensure efficient operations and customer service.
