What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Chicken Guy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Chicken Guy will conduct inspections of franchised restaurants as they deem appropriate or necessary. These inspections also include valuations of the products sold and the services rendered. Chicken Guy may provide services through visits by their representatives, printed or filmed material, electronic information, meetings or seminars, telephone and electronic mail communications, or other communication methods.
This means that as a Chicken Guy franchisee, you should expect periodic visits from the franchisor to ensure that the restaurant is operating according to their standards. These visits could cover various aspects of the business, including food preparation, customer service, and overall restaurant management. The frequency of these inspections is not fixed but rather depends on what Chicken Guy considers necessary.
The inspections and consultations are part of Chicken Guy's ongoing support to franchisees, helping to maintain consistency and quality across all locations. Franchisees should be prepared to receive feedback and implement changes based on these inspections. While the FDD does not specify the exact frequency or criteria for these inspections, it is essential for prospective franchisees to understand that these evaluations are a standard part of the franchise agreement and are intended to support the success and consistency of the Chicken Guy brand.
