This includes building layout, furnishings, fixtures and equipment, plans and specifications, employee recruiting, selection and training, purchasing and inventory control, and other matters deemed appropriate by Chicken Guy.

Chicken Guy also offers ongoing support after the restaurant opens. This includes periodic advice and consultation related to restaurant design, management, food and beverage preparation, sales promotion, service concepts, and other areas. This support may be provided through visits, printed or filmed material, electronic information, meetings or seminars, telephone and electronic mail communications, or other communication methods.

Prior to opening, Chicken Guy offers site selection guidelines and consultation, development training, and written specifications for fixtures, furnishings, equipment, signs, and opening inventory. They also furnish plans and specifications for the restaurant, including requirements for dimensions, design image, interior layout, décor, and color scheme.
