What happens if a Chicken Guy developer makes a material misrepresentation to Chicken Guy?

According to Chicken Guy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a developer makes a material misrepresentation or omits a material fact in the information furnished to Chicken Guy in connection with its decision to enter into the Development Agreement, Chicken Guy can terminate the agreement.
