Mr. Fieri owns GRF Enterprises, LLC, which is a manager of and owns a 50% interest in our parent company, Chicken Concept, LLC. Mr. Fieri will receive a financial benefit from his indirect ownership interest in Chicken Concept, LLC. Mr. Fieri participates in developing and improving the System and promoting the System to the public and our prospective franchisees.
