We have the right to require that you (or your Operating Principal), your restaurant managers, and any other employees that we designate take and successfully complete other training courses in addition to the initial manager training program. Although we do not currently charge a tuition fee for these additional training programs, we may do so in the future. We also reserve the right to modify the elements of the initial manager training program and any additional training programs, in our sole discretion. You will be required to pay all travel, living, food and other incidental expenses incurred by you and your employees while attending any training program.
