ADDITIONAL BUSINESS AMENDMENT FOR DELIVERY KITCHEN

THIS ADDITIONAL BUSINESS AMENDMENT FOR DELIVERY KITCHEN (this "Amendment") is made and shall be effective as of the day of, 20 (the "Effective Date") by and between CHICK-FIL-A, INC., a Georgia corporation, having its principal business address at 5200 Buffington Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30349-2998 ("Chick-fil-A"), and its franchisee, (the "Operator"). BACKGROUND A. On or about, 20 Chick-fil-A, Inc. and the Operator entered into a Franchise Agreement with its attached Lease relating to the licensing and operation of the Chick-fil-A at, (address) (the "Franchise Agreement"). B. Chick-fil-A has developed a delivery kitchen location program (the "DK Program") for, among other things, the fulfillment of authorized catering, customer delivery and other orders under a Delivery Kitchen
- Agreement (the "Orders") through centralized delivery focused locations established or leased by Chick-fil-A and leased, subleased or sublicensed to franchised Operators that feature a purely or overwhelmingly digital ordering experience and minimal to no direct customer service at the restaurant (the "DK") to, among other things, fulfill directly orders received by (i) the DK and (ii) such Operators' respective designated business(es).
