(f) "Commencement Date" means the date on which the Operator begins on-site, day-to-day operation of the Business and otherwise commences discharging the
Operator's obligations operating the Business pursuant to the Franchise Agreement.Notwithstanding anything in this Lease to the contrary, if the Commencement Date has not occurred within one (1) year following the date of execution of this Lease, this Lease shall, at Chick-fil-A's option, to be exercised in its sole and exclusive business judgment, become null and void and otherwise terminate upon Chickfil-A's written notice to the Operator.
