What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Chick-fil-A's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the complete agreement between Chick-fil-A and the Operator for Concession Sublicense Agreements or Delivery Kitchen Agreements consists of several documents. These documents collectively form the entire understanding between both parties, superseding any prior agreements.

This encompasses Exhibit A (the data sheet), Exhibit B (the Equipment Lease Addendum), and, if applicable, Exhibit C (the Concession Agreement or DK Lease).
In addition to these documents, the Franchise Agreement, the Assignment (if applicable), and the Additional Business Amendment (if applicable) are also part of the complete agreement.
