- Modifications to the Service. CDI reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with reasonable notice to you. CDI will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service however, in the event of discontinuance CDI will provide reasonable Content transition assistance. CDI may specify from time to time the hardware and software required in order to use the Service (e.g., supported browser versions).

- Modifications to the Terms of Service. CDI may modify the Agreement if necessary to comply with any other agreements that CDI is currently bound by or will be bound by in the future, and/or with applicable law, as well as to adjust to changing business circumstances. CDI will notify you of any changes to the Agreement, and your continued use of the Service will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

- Fees. You agree to pay the then-current fees charged by CDI for the Service. Additional fees may apply for optional features of the Service;

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Chem Dry's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Chem Dry reserves the right to modify or discontinue the online software service, either temporarily or permanently, at any time. Chem Dry will provide reasonable notice to franchisees regarding these changes. While Chem Dry is not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service, they will provide reasonable content transition assistance if the service is discontinued.
Chem Dry may also modify the Software License Agreement to comply with other agreements they are bound by, to adhere to applicable laws, or to adjust to changing business circumstances. Franchisees will be notified of any changes to the agreement, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised agreement.
Chem Dry may suspend or terminate a franchisee's account and access to the service without prior notice if the franchisee engages in any conduct that violates the Software License Agreement. This could include actions such as attempting to reverse engineer the software, using the service for illegal activities, or misusing the customer data.
