It is important for prospective Chem Dry franchisees to understand that Chem Dry has the right to access their data under certain circumstances. Franchisees should inquire about the specific procedures and protocols Chem Dry has in place to protect the privacy and security of their data when a service technician needs to access it for troubleshooting purposes. Franchisees should also clarify what measures are taken to ensure that the technician's access is limited to only what is necessary to resolve the issue and that their data is not used for any other purpose.
