After transferring a Chem Dry franchise, can the franchisee use Chem Dry's marks or trade names?

The franchisee must also cancel any assumed name registrations related to their use of the Chem Dry marks. Furthermore, all phone numbers associated with the Chem Dry business must be transferred to Chem Dry or a designated party.
