Answer from 2024 FDD Document

FRANCHISEE and Owners represent and warrant to CDI that all information submitted to CDI as part of or related to the application was true, correct and complete as of the time of submission and is true, correct and complete as of the Effective Date.

Such application has been approved by CDI in reliance upon all of the representations made therein.

Upon termination or expiration, FRANCHISEE also agrees to provide CDI with access to the Customer List. The Customer List must contain the customer's first and last name, address with city, state and postal code, the telephone number with area code, email address and last date of service and other information required by CDI. FRANCHISEE acknowledges that the Customer List and contracts are derived from and are the result of the operation of the CHEM-DRY Business franchise. What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Chem Dry's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, when applying for a franchise, franchisees must provide information that is true, correct, and complete. This information is crucial as Chem Dry relies on it to approve the franchise application.

Furthermore, upon termination or expiration of the franchise agreement, franchisees are required to provide Chem Dry with access to the Customer List. This list must include specific details for each customer, such as their first and last name, address (including city, state, and postal code), telephone number with area code, email address, and the last date of service. Chem Dry specifies that other information may also be required.

Chem Dry considers the Customer List and contracts as derived from the operation of the Chem Dry Business franchise. Therefore, franchisees are restricted from using the Customer List for any business other than the Chem Dry Business. Additionally, the Customer List cannot be used by, sold, or transferred to a third party, except as specifically provided in the franchise agreement.
