Can Chem Dry modify or discontinue the Service temporarily?

Modifications to the Service.
CDI reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with reasonable notice to you.
CDI will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service however, in the event of discontinuance CDI will provide reasonable Content transition assistance.
CDI may specify from time to time the hardware and software required in order to use the Service (e.g., supported browser versions).
Modifications to the Terms of Service.
CDI may modify the Agreement if necessary to comply with any other agreements that CDI is currently bound by or will be bound by in the future, and/or with applicable law, as well as to adjust to changing business circumstances.
CDI will notify you of any changes to the Agreement, and your continued use of the Service will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

According to Chem Dry's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Chem Dry reserves the right to modify or discontinue the online software service, either temporarily or permanently. Chem Dry will provide reasonable notice to franchisees regarding these changes.
While Chem Dry can modify or discontinue the service, they will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service. However, in the event of discontinuance, Chem Dry will provide reasonable content transition assistance to help franchisees manage the change.
This clause also states that Chem Dry may specify the hardware and software required to use the service, such as supported browser versions, and can modify the agreement to comply with other agreements or applicable laws, as well as to adjust to changing business circumstances. Continued use of the service by the franchisee constitutes acceptance of any revised agreement.
