Does Chem Dry make any warranties concerning the availability of the Service it provides?

According to Chem Dry's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Chem Dry does not make any warranties regarding the availability of its service. While Chem Dry expects the service to be generally available during both regular and non-business hours, it explicitly states that it makes no representations or warranties concerning its availability. Chem Dry retains the right to perform scheduled updates, system maintenance, and emergency maintenance, which may impact the availability of the service.
