What kind of notice will Chem Dry provide if it modifies or discontinues the Service?

Modifications to the Service.
CDI reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with reasonable notice to you.
CDI will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service however, in the event of discontinuance CDI will provide reasonable Content transition assistance.
CDI may specify from time to time the hardware and software required in order to use the Service (e.g., supported browser versions).
Modifications to the Terms of Service.
CDI may modify the Agreement if necessary to comply with any other agreements that CDI is currently bound by or will be bound by in the future, and/or with applicable law, as well as to adjust to changing business circumstances.
CDI will notify you of any changes to the Agreement, and your continued use of the Service will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

According to Chem-Dry's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Chem-Dry reserves the right to modify or discontinue the online software service, either temporarily or permanently. In the event of such changes, Chem-Dry will provide the franchisee with reasonable notice.
While Chem-Dry is not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service, in the event of discontinuance, Chem-Dry will provide reasonable content transition assistance. This means that if Chem-Dry decides to stop offering the Service, they will help the franchisee move their data or content to another system.
Chem-Dry also reserves the right to modify the Software License Agreement to comply with other agreements or applicable laws, or to adjust to changing business circumstances. Chem-Dry will notify franchisees of any changes to the Agreement, and continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is important for a prospective franchisee to understand that continued use of the service implies acceptance of any revised terms.
