What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Chem Dry's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial license fee for an Expansion Franchise is $18,000. An Expansion Franchise does not include any part of an Initial Package.

Chem Dry offers a discount on the initial license fee if it is paid when the Franchise Agreement is signed or within six months after signing the Franchise Agreement and Business Note. The discount is $1,800, bringing the net initial license fee for an Expansion Franchise down to $16,200.

For existing Chem Dry franchisees in good standing, also known as Related Franchisees, the initial license fee for an additional Chem-Dry franchise is $13,500. This represents a 25% discount off the standard initial license fee. This pricing is limited to two franchises purchased at the same time, and no other discounts apply to a Related Franchisee purchase of an initial, additional, or small market franchise.

It is important to note that initial fees paid to Chem Dry may not be uniform. Chem Dry may vary, reduce, negotiate, or make exceptions to the standard initial fee structure and payment terms related to mergers, conversions, or other transactions, as well as for existing franchisees or franchisees of their affiliates. These opportunities or variations to initial fees can be discontinued, modified, withdrawn, or reinstated at any time without notice.
