CDI may specify from time to time the hardware and software required in order to use the Service (e.g., supported browser versions).

Modifications to the Terms of Service.

CDI may modify the Agreement if necessary to comply with any other agreements that CDI is currently bound by or will be bound by in the future, and/or with applicable law, as well as to adjust to changing business circumstances.

CDI will notify you of any changes to the Agreement, and your continued use of the Service will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Fees.

You agree to pay the then-current fees charged by CDI for the Service.

Additional fees may apply for optional features of the Service; and may apply in the event you elect to transfer from one level of the Service to another.

CDI reserves the right to modify its fees.

Termination and Indemnity.

CDI may suspend or terminate your account and/or deny you access to, use of, or submission of Content for, all or part of the Service, without prior notice, if you engage in any conduct that violates this Agreement.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold CDI harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of the Agreement.

Links.

The Service may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources.

CDI is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

CDI will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

CDI Proprietary Rights.

The Service is being licensed, not sold, to you by CDI.

The Agreement does not grant to you any ownership interest in the Service, and CDI and its vendors reserve and will retain their entire right, title and interest in and to the Service and all intellectual property rights arising out of or relating to the Service except as expressly granted to you by Section 1 of the Agreement.

No Resale, Etc. of the Service.

You will not copy, sell, resell, rent or sublicense, lease, loan, redistribute, or create a derivative work of any portion of the Service.

You will not engage in unauthorized use of the Service, or access to the Service by any unapproved means.

Confidentiality.

You will keep all information regarding the Service (including its operation and interfaces) strictly confidential and will share such information only as necessary to enable you to use the Service as contemplated by Section 1 of this Agreem
