- Support: CDI will provide reasonable technical support for the Service as well as training assistance and conversion support. However, any support offered by CDI shall only be for the most current version of the Service and you are solely responsible for ensuring you obtain and substitute or incorporate any new release or "fixes" issues by CDI.
