What events beyond Chem Dry's reasonable control will Chem Dry not be liable for?

According to Chem Dry's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Chem Dry will not be held liable for certain events that are beyond its reasonable control. Specifically, Chem Dry is not liable for any interruption of business, access delays or access interruptions to the Chem Dry site or websites accessed through Chem Dry's service, content non-delivery, mis-delivery, corruption, destruction, or other modification.
