Can Chem Dry change the general practices and limits concerning the use of the Service?

According to Chem Dry's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Chem Dry reserves the right to change the general practices and limits concerning the use of its services. Specifically, Chem Dry may, from time to time, establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the service. These changes can be made at Chem Dry's sole discretion, with or without notice to the franchisee. This includes aspects like usage, storage, and service access. Chem Dry is not held liable for deletion or failure to store any content maintained or transmitted by the service. In the event of a service error, a service technician is permitted to access the franchisee's content as necessary to resolve the problem.

This provision grants Chem Dry significant latitude in modifying the service, which could impact how a franchisee operates their business. For example, Chem Dry could alter storage limits, affecting how much data a franchisee can store using the service. Franchisees will be notified of any changes to the agreement, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. Franchisees should stay informed of any updates to the service terms and conditions to ensure they remain compliant and can effectively manage their business.
