What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Checkersrallys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the restaurant must be under the direct, on-premises supervision of you (or your Operating Partner), or a manager-level employee. This supervisor must meet two requirements.
First, the supervisor must have sufficient experience, in Checkersrallys's sole opinion, in the operation of a quick service restaurant. This means Checkersrallys has the final say on whether the supervisor's experience is adequate.
Second, the supervisor must have successfully completed Checkersrallys's initial training program to Checkersrallys's satisfaction. This ensures that the supervisor understands and can implement Checkersrallys's operating procedures and standards. These requirements ensure that each Checkersrallys location is run by a qualified individual who is well-trained and experienced in the quick-service restaurant industry.
