- (a) You must submit to us, in accordance with procedures we establish from time to time, a complete application for a franchise and site application form for each site for a Restaurant that you propose to develop and operate and that you in good faith believe to conform to our then current standard site selection criteria for Restaurants.
Such site application shall include a description of each proposed site, including a summary of traffic patterns; parking; character of neighborhood; competition from, proximity to, and nature of other businesses, along with a letter of intent or other evidence confirming your favorable prospects for obtaining the proposed site;

Checkersrallys will furnish franchisees with their standard site selection criteria for Restaurants, which they may establish and modify over time. Checkersrallys also provides on-site evaluations of proposed sites as they deem necessary or appropriate. However, the franchisor makes no guarantees about the suitability of a site, even if they suggest, approve, or provide information about it. The franchisee is ultimately responsible for independently investigating the site's suitability.
Checkersrallys may also require franchisees and their owners to furnish financial statements, both historical and pro forma, along with statements of the sources and uses of capital funds, budgets, and other information regarding themselves, their owners, and the development and operation of any proposed or existing restaurants. This information must be verified as complete and accurate and will be relied upon by Checkersrallys in determining whether to grant a franchise for the proposed restaurant. Checkersrallys may refuse to grant a franchise if the franchisee fails to demonstrate sufficient financial and management capabilities.
