Our affiliate, Checkers/Rally's Distribution and Services, Inc. is a Florida not for profit corporation that shares our principal address ("CDSI"). Neither NPF Inc. nor CDSI operates businesses of the type being franchised under this Disclosure Document, and neither have offered franchises for Restaurants or franchises for any other line of business.
