What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Checkersrallys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not restricted in terms of the customers they may serve at their franchised restaurant. However, franchisees are required to conduct business with customers only at the physical restaurant location, unless they obtain approval from Checkersrallys to engage in catering or delivery operations. If a franchisee meets specific requirements and chooses to participate in Checkersrallys's optional Delivery Program, they may be allowed to offer certain delivered products for delivery.

Checkersrallys maintains control over the products and services offered at the franchised restaurant. Franchisees are obligated to sell all food, beverage, and other products and services that Checkersrallys deems appropriate, including required menu items. Franchisees are prohibited from offering any products or services, including promotional items, that have not been authorized by Checkersrallys without obtaining prior written approval.

Checkersrallys retains the right to modify the types of authorized goods and services, and there are no limitations on their ability to make such changes. Franchisees are not permitted to use their franchised restaurant for any purpose other than operating a restaurant in compliance with the franchise agreement. Franchisees must maintain an inventory of approved food products, beverages, ingredients, and other products in sufficient quantity, quality, and variety to operate the restaurant according to Checkersrallys's prescribed standards and specifications.
